The spaceThe house consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, each with dedicated closet storage. Additionally, there is a spacious office area with extra seating, a cozy living room with a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs.
Free private parking is available in the property's driveway. Street parking is allowed as long as vehicles are not parked on both sides of the street.
Guests will have access to the main house, including the washer and dryer units located in the laundry room of the detached building at the rear of the property. The entrance to the laundry room is through the door on the left-hand side. Please be aware that the laundry facilities are shared with guests staying in a separate unit on the property.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a detached secondary unit at the rear of the property that has its own private entrance. Entry to the secondary unit is not permitted for the tenants of the main house unless arranged with the host in advance.
Tenants of the secondary unit are required to park on the grass outside the fence and not on the main house driveway. Access to the secondary unit is not permitted for the tenants of the main house unless arranged with the host in advance.
Please be aware that there is a $500 fine for trespassing into the secondary unit.

Additional notesWe welcome pets and charge $25 per night per pet for short-term stays. For longer stays, the charge is $100 per week or $200 per month per pet. If you plan to bring a pet, please inform us in advance as this fee is non-negotiable for any animal.
This unit has a free washer and dryer in the laundry room located in a detached building at the rear of the property. The entrance to this garage space is on the LEFT-HAND SIDE of the detached building. Limited supplies are provided for usage. Please consider this when budgeting for your stay, especially for longer-term stays.
A smart TV is provided for you to log in to all of your streaming services utilizing our FREE WIFI - no cable television is provided. Please be sure to log out of any services you have signed into before checking out.
Generally, Saturday check-ins and check-outs are not allowed unless the stay is longer than 7 days, except for specific weekends (e.g., FL-GA and TPC Sawgrass weekends). Exceptions to this policy may be allowed depending on the weekend and season, but we reserve the right not to do so or to ask for modifications or cancellations.
There is private parking on site in the driveway of the residence.
Additional charges apply to late checkouts/early arrivals (if permitted):
- 1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $100
- 1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
- 2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $300
- 3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $400 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more
These fees are in place to discourage late checkouts/early arrivals and reduce stress on our cleaning service.
The thermostat is privately controlled with the following temperature limits:
- Summer: 70 to 85 degrees F
- Winter: 60 to 75 degrees F
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and a $500 cleaning fee will be assessed for evidence of smoking.
We charge for additional guests above a certain number, and the cost varies depending on the type, size, and setup of the unit. If you provide the correct guest count when making your reservation, the total cost should not change due to the guest count. We will verify the guest count after booking, and increasing the count after confirmation due to a booking error may result in a price increase. Please note that we monitor guest count using external cameras on our properties, and discrepancies may result in additional guest fees that are double the original amount.
Firearms and related items are strictly prohibited on the property, and a $1000 fine will be assessed for any violation of this policy.
Guest interactionWe are ALWAYS accessible as your host, we do NOT use virtual assistants like most larger property management companies. We strive to provide you with a safe, and peaceful stay.
