- Parking notes: you’ll find assigned parking for 1 car in the parking lot beside the building. Please only park in Spot 2. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. You’ll also find a paid parking lot next door.

- If you are local to St. Augustine & book for less than 7 days, we reserve the right to ask you to cancel your reservation. We rarely make an exception to policy, but may elect to do so at our sole discretion.

- Saturday check-in/outs are [generally] not allowed unless you are booking a stay that is greater than 7 days, with the exception of some specific weekends [FL-GA & TPC Sawgrass weekends are a few examples]. I may allow an exception to this policy [depending on the specific weekend and season], but reserve the right no to do so or may ask you to modify or cancel a reservation starting or ending on a Saturday.

- The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming I can offer this at all:
- 1hr or less early arrival/late departure: $50
- 1-2hr early arrival/late departure: $100
- 2-3hr early arrival/late departure: $150
- 3+hr early arrival/late departure: $200 or the cost of an additional night's
stay, whichever is greater

These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest's arrivals. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit the high standard they are held to.

- Smoking is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN anywhere INSIDE of the property. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts/waste and clean up behind usage.

If we find cigarette/cigar butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking [ash on porch, deck, empty cigarette packs, etc], we will assess a $500 fee.

- Guests are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN from bringing firearms or items associated with them on this property, regardless of licensure [including guns, bullets, gunpowder, shells, magazines, silencers, etc]. If you violate this policy or we find evidence that you did [e.g. firearms or bullets are discovered by our cleaners following your stay], we will assess a $1000 fine.

Vaulted ceilings and large windows bring ample Florida sunshine to the master bedroom. Screen movies on the 32” flat-screen TV and sleep soundly on a plush queen-size bed.

The guest bedroom holds two twin-size beds and a 32” TV.

The bathroom is configured with a sparkling walk-in shower.

THE LOCATION

Nestled in the heart of the Historic District, there’s no better location from which to explore the sights and sounds of downtown St. Augustine.

On the ground floor of the building, you’ll find Lobstah on a Roll, a Boston-original beloved restaurant now serving famous favorites.

Walk across the street to the Lightner Museum to discover Victorian-era artifacts or Flagler College to admire Spanish Renaissance architecture. Stroll 15 minutes along the Matanzas River to Castillo de San Marcos, a historic fortress dating back to the 17th century.

When you’re ready for some time by the surf, travel 2 miles to Anastasia State Park or 5 miles to Vilano Beach.
