This home sleeps up to four guests between one bedroom and the sleeper sofa in the living area.
The bedroom features a stately king-size bed and 32” wall-mounted TV. The door leading to the private balcony includes salvaged stained glass that commemorates the home’s 19th-century origins.
The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. A second vanity just outside the bathroom provides additional room to refresh.
OUTDOOR AREA
Relax with a cold beverage on the private balcony. Admire views of Flagler College and wave to carriages as they pass.
THE LOCATION
On the ground floor of the building, you’ll find Lobstah on a Roll, a Boston-based beloved restaurant serving classic favorites.
Walk across the street to the Lightner Museum to discover Victorian-era artifacts or Flagler College to admire Spanish Renaissance architecture. Stroll 15 minutes along the Matanzas River to Castillo de San Marcos, a historic fortress dating back to the 17th century.
When you’re ready for some time by the surf, travel 2 miles to Anastasia State Park or 5 miles to Vilano Beach.

- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
